    Order Cancellation

    At Classic Cloth, we understand that even the most timeless styles may require reconsideration. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our processing stage (typically within 4 business hours of purchase). To request cancellation, please email us at [email protected]. Once your order enters processing (after 4 hours), cancellations cannot be accommodated, but our generous return policy allows you to return items within the specified period.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We stand behind the quality of our British-inspired apparel. If any item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 21 days of delivery - giving you ample time to evaluate the craftsmanship and fit of your classic pieces. Exchanges are available for the same item in different sizes or colors, or for alternative items of equal value from our current collection.


    Return Conditions

    To qualify for return, items must be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached (including our signature Classic Cloth label). Garments showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted. Please return items in their original packaging or a suitable protective alternative to prevent transit damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.


    Exchange Conditions

    For exchanges, the returned item must meet all standard return conditions. Size/color exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. When exchanging for a different style, please select from our current collection (subject to availability). Price differences will be adjusted accordingly - you'll either receive a refund for the difference or be charged the additional amount if exchanging for a higher-priced item.


    Shipping Fees

    A £8 return shipping fee applies to all non-defective returns, covering our processing and restocking costs. This fee is waived if the return results from our error (wrong item shipped or defective merchandise). For exchanges, the return shipping fee is applied only once per transaction, regardless of the number of items being exchanged.


    Refunds

    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 12-18 business days of us receiving your return. This extended timeframe ensures each returned item undergoes thorough quality inspection to maintain our standards. You'll receive email notification once your refund has been issued. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


    Special Considerations

    Final sale items and personalized/customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. For seasonal collections, exchanges are subject to stock availability - if your desired alternative is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions or appear to show excessive wear.
